We have a number of rooms that can be booked for private hire. Whether you are looking to hold a party, meeting or small scale event then one of our spaces will be the perfect setting.
We have the Turing Room (max capacity 25), the Lorde Room (max capacity 6) and the cafe area (max capacity 45).
Bookings are subject to our terms and conditions. Please fill out the Booking form below. We’ll be in touch to make all the necessary arrangements and to confirm the booking.
When is Room Hire chargeable?
- Where a group/individual is going to charge people to attend
- Closed (to the public) meetings
- Commercial and local authority companies/organizations
When is Room Hire free?
- Pride Space or Pride Shop initiatives/activities/events/
- Where Pride Space or Pride Shop have invited the speaker/performer/organisation
- A limited number of free spaces are available for Non-profit or charity events which directly serve the LGBTQ+ community in Nottingham – hire charges will be covered by Pride Space CIC.
What are the Room Capacities and Hire costs?
- Below are the per hour costs of hiring one of our spaces.
- Please note the cafe area is not available for exclusive hire during normal working hours, usually 10 AM – 6 PM.
- Outside working hours £15.00 is payable per hour for keyholder/security attendance.
- Prices shown are per hour.

What are the terms and conditions of room hire?
Please note: There is no lift at The Pride Shop / Pride Space, so our first-floor room is not accessible for wheelchair users or those who may have difficulty using stairs. However, we can offer an online video meeting option for anyone unable to attend in person—please let us know in advance of your booking.
We’re unable to accept bookings for external support or therapy groups that are not part of PrideSpace CIC. If you’re interested in running a support or therapy group, please contact our Clinical Lead, Jake, on 0115 891 8456 ext. 223.
Please also note that we operate a strict inclusion policy at The Pride Shop. Any groups open to the public must be inclusive and comply with our general booking terms and conditions.
